A La Clara is a Lebanese dancewear brand dedicated to creating elegant, ethical and sustainable attire, committed to supporting local tailors and designers. As a clothing SME start-up based in Lebanon, our mission is to meet the unique needs of the country’s dance communities while showcasing Lebanese craftsmanship to the world. While our high-quality fabrics are carefully imported, all production takes place within Lebanon. We partner with independent tailors and fashion designers who run small studios and are affected by economic fluctuations, ensuring that every garment supports local talent and preserves artisanal skills. Our approach applies the multiplier effect theory: each step from importing materials to manufacturing and distributing dancewear circulates money within the local economy. This generates jobs, encourages spending, and strengthens communities, while also creating beautiful, functional garments for dancers. By combining sustainability, elegance, and international visibility, our brand not only serves dancers in Lebanon but also introduces the world to the creativity, skill, and artistry of Lebanese designers.
