roam emea is an independent venture platform building and investing in technology for the built environment across EMEA. Our first venture, code-named roam-V2, is a secure, dual-interface platform enabling contractors to manage projects through an affordable ERP tool and allowing project owners to select, monitor, and pay contractors within a centralized, auditable system. The platform replaces disconnected tools with a unified dashboard, giving all stakeholders clear, real-time access to documents, milestones, approval chains, and milestone-based payment flows. The system is structured into three interconnected layers, each serving a distinct user base — project contractors, project owners, and a dedicated audit and governance layer operated by roam.
