What is WE4F 2.0? WE4F 2.0 is a four-year Programme designed to increase climate resilience and security of food and water systems across the MENA region by supporting up to 120 innovative SMEs and scale-ups with tailored technical assistance, milestone-based grants, and investment facilitation. Building on WE4F 1.0, which supported 60+ companies, catalyzed $38M+ in investments, saved 11.7B liters of water and avoided 1.45M tons of CO2 emissions.

Track 2 – Regional Call for Scale-ups targets fast-growing, highly innovative scale-ups with strong market disruption potential operating in the Water-Energy-Food nexus and climate resilience space across MENA.

Eligible countries: Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Morocco, Tunisia.

Award: Average USD 50,000 (reimbursement basis), up to 3 milestone-based tranches, up to 2 years. Minimum 50% matching funds required.

Support includes: Technical Assistance (TA), Investment Readiness and Brokerage (IR), tailored consultancy, one-to-one support, Bootcamps, ESG support, networking, and access to buyers, suppliers, financing entities, and partners in agri-food value chains in MENA and internationally.

Application: Two-stage (EOI → Full Proposal). Applications accepted throughout March 2026. Reviews by end of April 2026.
